Santa is taking a well earned break and the gift-giving is now in the hands of the National Lottery Lotto gods of fortune. There is a special £15m Christmas Day jackpot tonight (Wednesday, December 25) that would certainly lift the post-excess slump many of us find on this special evening.

If no ticket-holder is able to get all six main numbers, that prize pot rollsdown to other winners. It means players who match two or more balls will get a boosted prize as the jackpot cash cascades down.
