SPICE Girl Mel B has signed a six-figure deal to appear on Holly Willoughby’s new Netflix show Bear Hunt.

Scary Spice, 48, flew to Costa Rica at the weekend to join the ambitious reality series.

She told friends she joined up to help pay for her upcoming lavish wedding to hairdresser Rory McPhee, 36, at St Paul’s Cathedral in London.

But her participation is likely to cause concern for her bandmates, who fear she may spill secrets about the group.

Outspoken Mel, met up with them at Victoria Beckham’s 50th birthday party this month.

The big budget show, hosted by Holly, will see celebs learn survival skills with adventurer Bear Grylls.

He will then chase them through the jungle, with the stars racing away from him in order to win.

Retired rugby player Danny Cipriani is among the celebrities expected to take part.

Formally announcing the show, which will air next year, Netflix said: “Bear believes there’s an action hero inside us all — even the celebs — but how strong is their will to survive?

“As Bear puts them through their paces, those who fail to impress will face the dreaded ‘Bear Hunt’ — a brutal game of cat and mouse where they’ll be hunted down and, if captured, eliminated from the show.”

Twice-divorced Mel got engaged to her partner Rory in November 2022 after almost three years together.

In February, she told The Sun she is planning to tie the knot at St Paul’s Cathedral.

She explained: “As I have an MBE, I am allowed to marry at St Paul’s.

"They only do a small number of weddings a year so we are on the waiting list.”

Mel said the Spice Girls are invited, but added: “They won’t be bridesmaids though, we are all too old.”
