Hello and welcome to live coverage of Tottenham's post-season friendly against Newcastle United.

The 2023/24 Premier League campaign may have come to an end only a few days ago but there is still one more match to come for Ange Postecoglou's Spurs side.

The Lilywhites are now Down Under for the second time in the space of ten months, and this time they take on Eddie Howe's Newcastle at the famous Melbourne Cricket Ground.

Without a handful of first-team players such as Cristian Romero, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Giovani Lo Celso, a number of the club's talented youngsters have made the trip and could well go on to feature for Postecoglou later today.
