Mohamed Salah begins his Africa Cup of Nations journey on Tuesday afternoon, as Egypt get their quest for glory underway against Nigeria. 

The Liverpool winger goes into the tournament as the best player in the competition - and possibly the world - as he hopes to guide his nation to a first AFCON triumph in a decade.

But Nigeria will be a difficult proposition for the Egyptians, with the Super Eagles possessing several Premier League players including Kelechi Iheanacho and Alex Iwobi.
