Brentford v Nottingham Forest matchday guide

Visiting Gtech Community Stadium for Brentford's Premier League fixture against Nottingham Forest? Here's what you need to know.

On Saturday 20 January, Brentford host Nottingham Forest at Gtech Community Stadium in the Premier League.

The game kicks off at 5.30pm and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

Arrive early

For Saturday’s kick-off, we strongly advise all fans get to the stadium at least 45 minutes before kick-off.

This will help you to beat the queues, be in your seats in good time for the start of the game and enjoy our early bird food and drink bundles (see below).

Travel

Planned engineering works will impact rail travel on matchday

On Saturday, there will be no direct trains from London Waterloo to Kew Bridge station. The South Western Railway line between Barnes and Clapham Junction is closed due to planned engineering work, and rail replacement buses are in operation.

Kew Bridge, Brentford and Syon Lane stations will be open for fans travelling from the east, however, the number of trains running are limited by the closure.

Capacity on rail replacement buses will be very limited. Fans are strongly advised to use TFL services on matchday. Gunnersbury is the closest tube station to the Gtech and is serviced by the District Line and Overground services.

Fans should plan their journey to Gtech Community Stadium ahead of time and arrive early to avoid delays.

Parking

We advise you to take public transport or pre-book parking through our website. All matchday parking must be pre-booked ahead of the fixture. No reserved parking is available to supporters unless a space has been pre-booked.

This matchday we remember those we lost in 2023

Following Hey Jude and the reading of the line-up, we will take a moment before kick-off to remember the members of the Brentford family who passed away in 2023. A presentation will be on the screens and fans are invited to join a minute’s applause in their honour.

Henrik Dalsgaard interview at half-time

Club legend and play-off final hero Henrik Dalsgaard will be back home at Brentford this weekend! Stay tuned at half-time to see Henrik interviewed on the pitch.
