Did previous Omaze Prize Draw winners stay, sell or rent out their properties?
A five-bedroom mansion in Cornwall worth £3 million is the latest home that could be won in an Omaze prize draw.
Situated just minutes away from St Agnes beach, the coastal retreat comes with a hot tub and panoramic views of the surrounding Cornish countryside. It comes mortgage free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered.
A private driveway leads to a landscaped courtyard with ample parking - all framed by trees and nature-filled gardens. The property also boasts an open plan kitchen, dining and family area – with herringbone oak floors throughout.
The kitchen has a vaulted ceiling and features bespoke hand-built units with a long breakfast island seating area, built-in fridge/ freezer, three ovens and all the usual appliances you’d expect to find in a high-end property. There is also a walk-in pantry with oak shelves and an “American” style drinks fridge/freezer.
Graham Dunlop, from Southampton, Hampshire, recently became the latest person to pick up the keys to a multi-million-pound mansion after winning the Omaze Million Pound House Draw. The 52-year-old won the Spanish villa worth £3million after buying a second hand armchair online.
Winners of the Omaze draw can either live in the house they win, rent it out for a supplementary income or sell it to become a cash multi-millionaire.
Given the current cost of living crisis, some winners decided to sell up almost immediately after securing a home in the Omaze Million Pound House Draw?
Yahoo News UK looks at whether Omaze winners have decided to sell, rent or stay in their new homes.

He said after hearing the news: "It was your average Friday night really, apart from the fact we’d just become millionaires! My son and daughter asked us if they can quit their Saturday jobs now that we own a mansion - we said absolutely not, we want them to stay grounded."

It’s very strange to think that I’m an instant multi-millionaire, it's only just starting to sink in."
