Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne to leave LA and return to Buckinghamshire to avoid escalating tax

Rockstar Ozzy Osbourne is set to leave LA and return to his Buckinghamshire home due to rising taxes.

The Black Sabbath frontman is heading back to his home in the village of Jordans, a 10-minute drive from Beaconsfield.

Ozzy, 73 and his wife Sharon, 69 are set to move back to the UK after 20 years in the USA, reports The Mirror.

The pair still own the stunning Welders House in Jordans, a Grade II listed building with a rose garden and a copy of the Bethesda Fountain found in Central Park in New York.

In her autobiography, Sharon said she picked the house, which is in the Chalfont St Giles parish, due to its distance from any pubs.

Ozzy told the Mirror that he would build a recording studio in a barn at the Bucks country home.

He said: “We are leaving LA. We are a bit sad. But the tax is getting too much. I am sad because I really really like staying and living there."

He added: "I am taking my recording studio with me. I am going to build a barn there and make my own studio at Welders. I will still be making music and my band will come over."

Following their move to Los Angeles, Ozzy and Sharon starred in The Osbournes, a popular reality show about their lives.

The couple are now working on a biopic of their lives.
