Pride at Diageo

Diageo, a global leader in beverage alcohol, is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace. The company's Rainbow Network ERG (Employee Resource Group) is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for LGBTQ+ employees and allies. To kick off the 2023 Pride Month, Diageo organized one of its largest ever Progress Pride flag-raising events, led by the Rainbow Network ERG. This event is a testament to Diageo's commitment to diversity and inclusion and its support for the LGBTQ+ community.
