Inside Kevin Bridges' life off screen with wife and new comedy gig
Scottish comedian Kevin Bridges has been announced as this year's host for the Teenage Cancer Trust event at the Royal Albert Hall.
The stand-up comedian, 37, will host "A Night of Comedy" on Tuesday, 19 March with performances from Rob Beckett, Paul Chowdhry, Joe Lycett, Joanne McNally and Seann Walsh, plus special guests who are yet to be announced.
This night is a part of the week-long event that will take place at the Royal Albert Hall from 18 March to 24 March to help raise vital funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust charity.
There will also be performances from The Who with Orchestra, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Young Fathers and The Chemical Brothers to name a few at the star-studded event.

Who is Kevin Bridges?
The comedian, 37, hails from Clydebank, Scotland and is the son of Andy and Patricia Bridges - he also has a brother called John who is ten years older.
Kevin kicked off his career on stage after leaving school when he was around 17 years old and did stand-up comedy at The Stand Comedy Club in Glasgow.
He travelled throughout the UK for gigs and when he was 18 reached the final of Channel 5's So You Think You're Funny competition at the Edinburgh Fringe.
What else has he done?
Shooting to success in 2006, Kevin performed his first full-length solo show at the Glasgow International Comedy Festival - in front of a sold-out audience.
Throwing himself into the world of comedy in bigger venues, he sold out his hometown festival in 2007, 2008 and 2009, he also performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2008.
From there he showed off his talents on TV, appearing on the likes of 8 Out of 10 Cats, Channel 4's Comedy Gala, Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow, Comedy Central at the Comedy Show, Mock the Week, Have I Got News For You, Live at the Apollo and A League of Their Own.
In 2012 he released his TV series Kevin Bridges: What's the Story? which was based on his stand-up routines.
This followed the spin-off series' such as Kevin Bridges: The Story Continues..., Kevin Bridges Live At.., Kevin Bridges: A Whole Different Story, Kevin Bridges: The Brand New Tour Live and his most recent being Kevin Bridges: The Overdue Catch Up in 2023.
Is Kevin married?
Kevin is married to Kerry Monaghan after they tied the knot in 2019.
A few years later in 2022, they announced the arrival of their first child, a son named Liam.
The doting father occasionally shares a glimpse inside family life over on Instagram with the rare snap of his son, wife and their adorable Labrador pooch.
