Royal Variety Performance 2021: Full line up and when you can see it

Running for the 109th year, the Royal Variety Performance is back for 2021 and there is a star-studded lineup bringing audiences the best of British entertainment.

The show will be hosted at the Royal Albert Hall in London and will be aired on ITV with Chatty Man Alan Carr presenting the show.

Airing on Sunday, December 19 on ITV from 7.20pm, the show promises to bring some great entertainment - from pop stars to comedy.

There will be musical performances from Sir Rod Stewart, Ed Sheeran, Years and Years, Elvis Costello, Gregory Porter, James Blunt and Anne Marie.

Four comedians, Judi Love, Bill Bailey, Josh Widdicombe and Chris McCausland, will be taking to the stage to make audiences laugh.

Cirque du Soleil will raise heart rates with their jaw-dropping performance from their latest show Luzia and The Messoudi Brothers will also be performing to impress with their unique act.

There will also be theatre performances as the cast of the Royal Shakespeare Company's show of Matilda will perform parts of the musical as they celebrate 10 years in the West End and there's an exclusive performance from the Moulin Rouge The Musical production.

Known for her role in The Greatest Showman, Keala Settle will join forces with the Some Voices choir to sing This Is Me from the film.

The Royal Variety performance raises money for the Royal Variety Charity whose patron is Queen Elizabeth, with the money raised helping people in the entertainment industry.

The Royal Variety Performance will air on ITV on Sunday, December 19 from 7.20pm.
