Gavin and Stacey star Ruth Jones had viewers agreeing "it's lush" over her fashionable look during an appearance on the BBC's Saturday Kitchen. Ruth was among the guests on the Saturday morning cookery show this weekend.

She chatted with BBC host Matt Tebbutt about her food heaven and hell, as well as promoting her upcoming appearance in Sister Act the musical.

She sported an eye-catching green and blue tie-dye shirt dress which garnered plenty of priase from viewers.

Writing on X, ScrappyTails wrote: "Someone tell Ruth Jones she looks magnificent! What a gorgeous dress."

Gill I was quickly on the hunt for the dress, asking social media: "Does anyone know where Ruth Jones’ dress on Saturday Kitchen comes from? It’s lush!"

Ruth will be appearing in Sister Act the musical for a six week stint across the UK until June 6. She told Saturday Kitchen host Matt: "My initial thought was to say no, I thought, ‘Oh I’m not going to do this’. Fearful of forgetting my lines and also, I’m not a singer or dancer.

"You’re meant to have a triple threat when you do musical theatre, you’re meant to be able to sing, dance and act. I’ve only got one threat!"
