NEW DELHI: The Saurashtra Cricket Association stadium witnessed a poignant moment this morning as domestic cricket talents Sarfaraz Khan and Dhruv Jurel were bestowed with their Test caps ahead of India's third Test against England, encapsulating a dream realized and emotions brimming.Sarfaraz Khan, renowned for his consistent performances in Mumbai's domestic cricket circuit, has long awaited his call-up to the national team.

Finally receiving his maiden call-up earlier in the series, the 26-year-old found himself on the cusp of realizing his dream of donning the Indian Test cap, especially with the absence of key players like KL Rahul and Virat Kohli.

In a touching gesture, former India captain and legendary spinner Anil Kumble presented Sarfaraz with his cap, reflecting on the arduous journey and the triumph of perseverance.
