Who is Jonny Heaver? Meet The Apprentice 2025 contestant and tutor

The Apprentice 2025 has finally kicked off, with 18 new candidates having entered Lord Sugar's boardroom as of 30 January. The 19th season of the show sees us introduced to a host of new characters all competing for a chance to secure the £250,000 investment and a 50/50 partnership with Lord Alan Sugar.
Among the new candidates is Jonny Heaver, the owner of a tutoring company who is already winning over audiences for his self-professed “friendly guy” ethos.
On what he hopes to bring to the show, Jonny said “I hope to prove that it is possible to succeed in business while also being compassionate. I have learned in my own business that success comes from inspiring those around you to share your goals and beliefs.”
But does Jonny have what it takes to be Lord Sugar's business partner? Though we'll have to wait a few weeks yet to find out, here's everything we know about The Apprentice's Jonny Heaver in the meantime.

Who is Jonny Heaver?
An owner of tutoring company Achiever Tutoring, Jonny set up his business while at university.
On his decision to start Achiever Tutoring, Jonny said “Running a team of 20+ people while managing academic deadlines, reading, and of course, a university social life, was challenging! Despite the challenges, it was the perfect time for me to set up a business.”
The Apprentice 2025 contestant took to Instagram to talk about his experience filming for the show, saying in a post “2024 was a year of secret applications, auditions and many unexplained trips to London. After seeing this show on telly since I was young boy with no business idea, to now being a part of it: suited, booted and with my brainchild Achiever Tutoring summarised in a glossy business plan, is completely surreal. Seeing my inspirations in real life sitting there in the boardroom was just one of many ‘pinch me’ moments this year has given me!”
