Travis Kelce may have landed himself in spot of bother with Taylor Swift after seemingly to forgetting the lyrics to one of her biggest songs.
Despite being busy preparing for his fourth appearance on the NFL's biggest stage in five years, he was unable to escape questions about his off-field relationship. He is currently chasing back-to-back wins in the Super Bowl, with the San Francisco 49ers now standing in Kansas City Cheifs' way of lifting another Vince Lombardi Trophy.
There is no doubt that his relationship with Swift has captured the imaginations of the public at large in recent months and the line of questioning reflected that. In fact, he was even asked to answer a range of questions about in relation to his girlfriend's music on the eve of his latest Super Bowl outing.
Things got off to a solid start for the tight end, when he was put on the spot to name his favourite song of hers, plumping for her megahit 'Anti-Hero'. Offering up the reasoning behind his liking for the track, he said: "Right now, I'd probably say 'Anti-Hero'. Just because I hear it every single day."

In a playful moment, a reporter then asked Kelce to finish the lyrics to Swift's song 'Karma', which she had changed during her concert in Argentina to include a reference to him. "Karma is the guy on the..." the journalist began, before Kelce excitedly added: "Chiefs!"
However, dedicated 'Swifties' will be all too aware this actually is not the original line from Swift's 2022 hit single from her album 'Midnights'. The actual lyric is: "Karma is the guy on the screen, Coming straight home to me" - with the reporter then putting his knowledge to the test once more.

The reporter tried to examine Kelce's knowledge of Swift's songs further by asking him to complete the original lyric, much to the bemusement of the baffled Chiefs star. Seemingly brushing away the query, Kelce seemed confused and asked: "What was the second question?"
It is unclear whether Kelce didn't know the answer or simply just didn't hear the question properly. Following on from this exchange, the reporter decided to pull the stunt once more, when sitting down to speak with Kelce's teammate Patrick Mahomes.
The popular QB was then asked to finish off another Taylor Swift lyric, this time from her hit 'Karma', with this leading to a rather amusing exchange. True to form, the reporter started, "It's me..." and Mahomes correctly chimed in to recite the words perfectly, adding: "Hi, I'm the problem, it's me."
Mahomes laughed about it later, saying, "I know that one... I'm glad you gave me that one, that was an easy one. I'm going to stay away from you now, I don't want to get tongue-tied out here."
