Who is Tristan Thompson's third 'baby mama' Maralee Nichols

Tristan Thompson has allegedly become a father for the third time after personal trainer Maralee Nichols gave birth to a baby boy this week.

The NBA star is already dad to three-year-old daughter True with Khloe Kardashian and shares son Prince, four, with his ex-girlfriend, US model Jordan Craig.

Court papers filed by Maralee reveal Tristan tried to offer her £75,000 ‘hush money’ to keep quiet about the baby.

He also petitioned the court to hear the case in Texas, not California, where child maintenance payments would be less and asked for a paternity test.

Who is Maralee Nichols?

Maralee Nichols is a personal trainer originally from Houston, Texas, who previously competed in body building competitions.

The 31-year-old has since moved to Los Angeles. She gave birth to a baby boy on Thursday December 2 which she claims is Tristan’s and is now suing the basketball star for child maintenance, payments for pregnancy hospital care and other baby expenses.

Maralee says she had sex with Tristan several times in a Houston hotel around the time of his 30 th birthday in March 2021.

At the time Tristan is said to have been dating Khloe and had just celebrated his milestone birthday with her a few days before.

Khloe even shared a family photo with Tristan and their daughter True confirming their romance was back on.

She captioned the post: “The ones that are meant to be are the ones that go through everything that is designed to tear them apart and they come out even stronger than they were before.

“Thank you for showing me everything you said you would. For the father you are. For the best friend I have in you. I’m thankful that I can do absolutely nothing with you and it feels like everything.

“I hope you know today how loved you are by me and so many. Happy birthday TT. Welcome to 30. I can’t wait for all of the memories. This is when life just starts getting good.”

What do the court papers say?

In court papers, Tristan admits he and Maralee had sex after attending a party but claimed that was the only time they were intimate.

Maralee disputes this and alleges their fling started five months before his birthday in late 2020, and claims they went on trips to California together.

In Maralee's lawsuit she included a text from Tristan saying he wanted no part in the child’s life.

It read: "You know how I feel. My feelings haven’t changed at all. Won’t be involved at all. Btw if you think having this baby is gonna make you some money. It’s completely wrong.

“You are aware that I’m retiring after this season. So in terms of support it will be whatever is required monthly for someone who’s unemployed. It’s Texas so it will be only a couple hundred dollars."

He added: “So you better off taking this 75k I’m offering cause you won’t get nothing near that with having a kid with a father who’s unemployed.”

Thompson denied sending the messages but admits his 'contact information is present' in them.

How many times has Tristan cheated on Khloe?

If the latest allegations are true, it is not the first time Tristan has cheated on Khloe.

He was first caught cheating on Khloe in October 17 while she was pregnant with True, now three, when photos of him kissing two women at a Washington club emerged.

A few months later he was spotted cosying up a strip club worker in a hotel. This was around the time Khloe went into labour.

Then there was the infamous house party kiss with longtime friend of the Kardashians Jordyn Wood in 2019.
