Itch.io, the Indie digital storefront Bundle, and Humble Bundle have raised over $6 million each for the Ukraine charity package. This massive amount of money raised through charity game Bundles will be used entirely to support the people of Ukraine who have suffered due to the horrific Russian invasion.

Necrosoft Games director Brandon Sheffield created the first bundle that went live. They made this package available on Itch.io on March 7, and they collected almost 1,000 games into one single package. Gamers could get these games for just $10, which was worth approximately $6,500. The massive amount of money raised via the Bundles would support two groups in Ukraine; The International Medical Corps and Voices of Children.

Though the initial goal for the Indie Bundle was to raise $100,000, within the first 24 hours after it went live, it collected over $1.5 million. And the final amount, as it ended yesterday, is a whopping amount of $6,370,557.

Meanwhile, Humble Bundle, which contains approximately 100 games, has also gone live to collect charity funds to support Ukraine during this crisis. The game's titles are Metro Exodus, Back 4 Blood, Quantum Break, PGA Tour 2K21, Fable, Kerbal Space Progam, and Amnesia. They have an incredible selection of games for just $40. This bundle has already crossed $6 million, and it has another six days to go. By the time it ends, it is expected to raise a lot more than $6 million.

The ongoing invasion by Russia of Ukraine has caused a lot of damage. There have been thousands of deaths because of the bombing of missiles. Many are fleeing the country and taking shelter in other countries. Many countries, including the USA, are opposing this move by Russia by incorporating sanctions. Many private businesses are also pulling their operations from Russia as a move to oppose this invasion of Ukraine.

These two charity games Bundles have become popular as folks want to support the people in Ukraine during this crisis.
