Annual Vaisakhi parade in Kelowna set to take place

While Saturday, April 13 is the annual Sikh celebration, the main event will be taking place on Saturday, April 27.

April 27 is the annual Vaisakhi Parade, hosted at the Kelowna Sikh Temple. It is the second time the event is taking place since the pandemic.

The parade starts at the temple, located at 1111 Rutland Road North, goes up Sumac Road East, turns left onto Sycamore Road East, left onto Wallace Road, and circles back to the temple on Ortt Road.

It is scheduled to start at 12 p.m.
