One customer said on Twitter: "It’d be nice if Virgin Media’s TV service would run for more than a minute before it cuts out.

"Been happening for about 3 hours now."

While another added: "@virginmedia your broadband service has gone from being about the best to being about the worst.

"What's gone wrong? #VirginMedia."

And a third said: "@virginmedia broadband down yet again. Ability to report fault seems to have vanished from website now.

"Not that it ever had any effect anyway. I’ll await my ‘we’re sorry to hear this’ message followed by no action."

Virgin Media is yet to confirm the outage and when the issues are expected to be fixed, so we'll update this article once we hear back.
