A DRAMATIC series of events How Wolves v Man Utd unfolded
From the moment Casemiro conceded a penalty on 68 minutes, chaos ensued at Molineux

What makes the Premier League one of the greatest competitions in the world is its unpredictability in any match at any time.

Already this season we have seen some incredible contests and we witnessed another one on Thursday evening between Wolverhampton Wanderers and Manchester United.

After 68 minutes at Molineux, Man Utd were cruising at 2-0 and heading for their first away win in the Premier League since 26 November.

But from the moment Casemiro fouled Pedro Neto for a penalty, the remainder of this breathless contest was simply astonishing.

Here, we try to make sense of how it all unfolded.

68 mins: PENALTY! Neto is fouled by Casemiro for a penalty.

71 mins: GOAL! Substitute Pablo Sarabia put the ball down the middle of the goal with Andre Onana diving to his left as Wolves half the deficit.

85 mins: GOAL! Wolves refused to throw in the towel and once again got themselves back into the contest after Man Utd failed to clear a corner, allowing Craig Dawson to direct the ball towards goal before Max Kilman controlled it and sent a shot beyond Onana.

90+5 mins: GOAL! Despite leading with only minutes to go, Man Utd were caught on the counter-attack as Sarabia led the charge. He passed the ball right to Matheus Cunha, who then shifted it forward to Neto. The Portuguese winger cut inside onto his favoured left foot and drilled a shot in at the near post to send Molineux wild.

90+7 mins: GOAL! As Man Utd thought they were heading for more dropped points this season, one of their shining lights, Kobbie Mainoo, took matters into his own hands to ensure that the three points were heading back to Manchester as he produced a fantastic nutmeg before curling in a wonderful strike into the far corner for his first senior goal for the club.

Full-time: Wolves 3-4 Man Utd - An INCREDIBLE match!

This is what Man Utd manager Erik ten Hag had to say about the wonderful teenager after the match.
