Buy for others

Season ticket holders who wish to purchase on behalf of other season ticket holders online must add them to their ‘Network’ first. We advise you to log into your account and complete the following process in advance of tickets going on sale.

  • Click ‘View Account Menu’, ‘Network’ and then ‘Add Members’, adding the supporter numbers for each season ticket holder you wish to buy for
  • Select the relevant supporter(s), ‘Manage Ticket Privileges’ and ‘Edit’ on the ‘Me’ section, ensuring ‘I can manage tickets for...’ is ticked
  • Click ‘Send request’, which will trigger an email to the person(s) to request permission. Once they have confirmed this, you can manage their tickets

Season ticket holders who wish to buy for other season ticket holders in person or via phone must ensure they have the relevant supporter numbers to hand at the point of purchase. Again, however, we advise you to do this online.

Uncollected tickets

We would always recommend that you collect tickets from Meadow Lane in advance, however any uncollected tickets will be available from Wrexham’s away end booth on matchday.

Buses will depart from Meadow Lane at 10.45am.
