A list of every confirmed Intro Skill and Outro Skill so far for all Resonators in Wuthering Waves.

Intro and Outro skills are a unique mechanic that distinguishes Wuthering Waves from a certain gacha competitor (cough, Genshin Impact, cough).

Basically, every character will trigger a skill when swapping in and swapping out, which can either be an attack, buff or other effect. This makes character switching an important part of the combat in Wuthering Waves.

Intro skills refer to a character’s special effect when swapping in. Conversely, Outro skills refer to a character’s special effect when swapping out. (Note that Intro and Outro skills in this article are based on information from the closed beta test, which will be updated after release.)

Here is a list of every character and their intro and outro skills for Wuthering Waves.

• Aalto: Intro skill makes Aalto perform multiple shots that do Aero damage. Outro skill buffs the Aero damage of the next character by 23% for 14 seconds.
• Baizhi: Intro skill deals Cryo damage while healing nearby team members. Outro skill heals the next teammate based on a percentage of Baizhi’s HP while also providing a damage buff.
• Calcharo: Intro skill triggers an Electro attack against the enemy. Outro skill summons a Phantom that performs a slash attack dealing Electro damage.
• Chixia: Intro skill fires multiple shots that deal Fusion damage. Outro skill performs a shockwave that surrounds the target and deals Fusion damage based on Chixia’s attack stat.
• Danjin: Intro skill performs an attack that does Havoc damage. Outro skill buffs the Havoc damage of the next character by 23% for 14 seconds.
• Encore: Intro skill attacks enemies while dealing Fusion damage. Outro skill generates a Flame Zone that burns enemies and inflicts Fusion damage.
• Jianxin: Intro skill pulls enemies closer while dealing Aero damage. Outro skill boosts next character’s Resonance Liberation burst by 38% for a limited time or until the character is swapped out.
• Jiyan: Intro skill attacks target with Aero damage. Outro skill makes Jiyan do a coordinated attack with the next character that deals Aero damage.
• Lingyang: Intro skill attacks enemies with Glacio damage. Outro skill performs a shockwave that surrounds the target and deals Glacio damage based on Lingyang’s attack stat.
• Mortefi: Intro skills performs an attack with Fusion Damage. Outro skill buffs the next character’s Heavy Attack by 38% for 14 seconds.
• Rover (Spectro): Intro skill performs an attack with Spectro damage. Outro skill creates a stasis field around the next character or other nearby characters for a few seconds.
• Rover (Havoc): Intro skill performs an attack with Havoc damage. Outro skill creates a Havoc field that deals Havoc damage to targets.
• Sanhua: Intro skill creates an ice thorn that deals Glacio damage. Outro skill buffs the next character’s Basic Attack by 38% for 14 seconds.
• Taoqi: Intro skill does an attack that deals Havoc damage. Outro skill boosts next character’s Resonance Skill damage by 38% for a limited time or until the character is swapped out.
• Verina: Intro skill prevents a character from dying after receiving killing damage and generates a protective shield. Outro skills boosts all party members damage by 20% for 20 seconds when Verina performs certain attacks, her Resonance Skill or her Resonance Liberation.
• Yangyang: Intro skill launches an enemy into the air while dealing Aero damage. Outro skill allows the next character to recover 4 Resonance Energy per second for the next five seconds.
• Yinlin: Deals Electro damage with her Zapstring puppet command. Outro skill buffs the next character’s Electro damage by 20% and Resonance Liberation burst damage by 25% for 14 seconds or until the character switches out.
• Yuanwu: Intro skill performs an attack with Electro damage. Outro skill depletes enemy target’s Vibration Strength, making them more susceptible to staggering.
