Rail services between Plymouth and Bristol cancelled because of flooding

Rail passengers are being urged only to travel if absolutely necessary after Storm Dennis wreaked havoc with the region's rail network. There will be no CrossCountry services between Bristol and Plymouth today, CrossCountry trains has announced.
