Ivanka Trump Goes Monochromatic in Green Skirt Suit and Matching

Ivanka Trump wore a dark peacock green pantsuit as she arrived at the presidential inauguration at St. John’s Church in Washington, D.C., on Monday. Her father, President-elect Donald Trump, will take office for his second term as the 47th president of the United States.

Ivanka Trump‘s blazer featured a V-neckline and an asymmetrical hem, which was cinched at the waist with a thin black belt. The fitted pencil skirt fell right below the knee. Her hair was tied up in a bun, with a matching peacock green hat clipped diagonally on the right side of her head.

Her jewelry was minimal, with simple earring studs. She accessorized with black leather gloves, black sheer tights and black stilettos. She carried a black purse.

At Donald Trump’s 2017 inauguration, she wore a white Oscar de la Renta pantsuit ensemble. At Sunday’s wreath-laying ceremony before the 2025 inauguration, Ivanka Trump wore an Oscar de la Renta camel coat adorned with 3D floral appliqués over a mock turtleneck, black patent leather-capped boots and burgundy gloves.

Despite her previous position as a senior adviser during Trump’s first administration, Ivanka has stated she will not return to politics. On Jan. 16, Ivanka shared a statement about her father’s second inauguration on Instagram. “I am proud of his unwavering strength and resilience,” she said.

Donald Trump’s second inauguration as the 47th President of the United States took place on Monday in Washington, D.C. Following tradition, the day began with a worship service at St. John’s Episcopal Church and a White House meeting between incoming and outgoing presidents. The mandated swearing-in ceremony will happen on the West Front of the U.S. Capitol. Carrie Underwood is set to perform “America the Beautiful” at the event. Following the inauguration, guests and supporters of the President are expected to attend three evening celebrations, including the Commander in Chief Ball, Liberty Inaugural Ball and Starlight Ball.
