First, you need to cut the top ¼ inch off of the garlic head. Then, wrap the garlic head in foil and drizzle olive oil over the garlic before closing the foil around the garlic. Next, roast in the oven for one hour. When the garlic is ready, the garlic cloves will easily pop out of the skins. The next step is to prepare your mashed potato as usual but add the roasted garlic for an incredible taste sensation.
