Tim: four lists filed for the renewal of the board of directors

There are four lists presented for the renewal of the Board of Directors Tim in view of the meeting called for next April 23rd. In addition to the list presented last March 6 by the outgoing Board, the list of Merlyn Partners SCSp (a company incorporated under Luxembourg law, which announced that it holds 0,53 percent of the capital composed of ordinary shares), which sees: Umberto Paolucci, indicated as president; Stefano Siragusa, indicated as CEO; Ersilia Vaudo; Niccolò Ragnini Kothny; 5. Ida Claudia Panetta; Ottavia Orlandoni; Boris Di Nemsic; Robert Hackl; Boulos H.B. Doany; Barbara Oldani. With the exception of Stefano Siragusa, the candidates all declare themselves independent.
Asati - Telecom Italia Shareholders' Association also presented a list on behalf of its associated shareholders (who declare that they hold 0,53 percent of the capital made up of ordinary shares), which includes: Franco Lombardi; Alberto Brandolese; Maurizio Matteo Decina; Francesca Dalla Vecchia. The candidates all declare themselves independent. Then there is the list of Bluebell Capital Partners Limited (a company based in London, as manager of the Bluebell Active Equity Master Fund Icav fund, which has announced that it owns 0,5003 percent of the capital made up of ordinary shares), with: Paola Giannotti De Ponti, indicated for the position of president; Paolo Amato; Laurence Lafont; Monica Biagiotti; Paolo Venturoni; Eugenio D'Amico. The candidates all declare themselves independent. The Tim group communicated this in a note.
For the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the list presented by Vivendi has arrived (which declares to hold 23,75 percent of the capital made up of ordinary shares), which includes, in the Acting Auditors section, Mara Vanzetta; Massimo Gambini; Francesco Schiavone Panni; Giulia De Martino; Pietro Mastrapasqua. In the Alternate Auditors section, however, Massimiliano Di Maria; Carlotta Veneziani; Barbara De Leo; Nicola Gualandi. In addition, Vivendi proposes - if the conditions are met - to appoint as President of the Supervisory Body the candidate indicated first in the section of the list relating to Statutory Auditors; also proposes to determine the compensation of the President of the Board of Auditors at 135 thousand euros gross per year, that of the standing auditors at 95 thousand euros gross per year and the additional compensation due to the standing auditor who will be called to be part of the board at 15 thousand euros gross per year. Again for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors, a single list was presented by a group of fund managers and Sicavs (who declare that they hold a total of 1,33684 percent of the capital composed of ordinary shares), which provides, in the Auditors section staff, Francesco Fallacara; Anna Doro; Corrado Gatti; Raffaella Annamaria Pagani; Happy Persian. In the Alternate Auditors section: Paolo Prandi; Laura Fiordelisi; Simone Montanari; Donatella Vitanza. The candidate indicated first in the section of the list relating to Standing Auditors is the one proposed as President of the Supervisory Body in accordance with the law.
