Global stocks, Wall St rebound from Ukraine jitters

Global stock markets and Wall Street futures rebounded Wednesday from jitters over Western sanctions on Russia in response to President Vladimir Putin's authorization to send soldiers into eastern Ukraine. London and Frankfurt opened higher.
