Atos Walks Away From Talks to Buy DXC Technology

French technology services provider Atos SE has decided to walk away from a potential deal to buy U.S. rival DXC Technology Co. after its earlier bid was rejected. Atos shares rose as much as 7.4%, their biggest gain in nine months.
