Live: huge flood forces Jury's Inn guests to leave via ladder

A major flood is causing traffic problems in Derby city centre this morning. Water is flowing down King Street across the Inner Ring Road at St Alkmund's Way by Jury's Inn. The torrent is causing vehicles to have to slow right down in order get through.
