Person hit by a train at Exeter could cause delays to trains between London Paddington and Swindon

GREAT Western Railway has warned of 'major delays' this morning after a person was hit by a train. Delays were affecting services between London Paddington and Bristol Temple Meads, despite the incident happening further down the network at Exeter St
